Examples of Alliance Unichem/Pharmology
AU site with Struts All new development was done with the Struts framework. HTML code was modulised and reused across various different platforms. Extensive use of templating.
AU Imagemap An external agency redesigned this as a flash app, but we couldn't use Flash on our platforms, so I had to build the functionality with traditional techniques.
Web Crossing Legacy software with Perl like syntax, 10 000 lines of code and no support documentation. Had to manage this application on a live server - no dev environment!
Main Segmenter The Pharmology portal was localised in 5 countries. The aim was to allow each country homepage to be managed locally via Rhythmyx content management software.
