Senior member of the Content Team, Home and Small Business EMEA.
Managed content for Dimension desktop and Inspiron notebook product lines.
Developed new site functionality such as "Help Me Choose".
Also managed EMEA Southern Region country sites such as Spain and Italy, Dell Factory Outlet and Dell Services.
Worked on two Special Operations projects delivering XML and converting all of Dell's web content into this new proprietary "Flx" language (a mixture of ASP and XSLT).

Help Me Choose Previously managed by an external agency, HSB site presence was flat with outdated content. I took over this segment and specifically created Help Me Choose for HSB.
Country Homepage Each region had its own legal, content and design requirements. This required careful understanding and communication with each business unit in each country.
Product Lines I managed the Dimension and Inspiron lines, which were the flagship HSB products. Here is the Dimension L Series PC.
Marketing Products I'd help to arrange photo shoots and retouch all images. Working with HSB was an experience where I was completely involved from start to end of a product lifecycle.
Revamped Help Me Choose Part of the new visual id post XML publishing. Now HMC was established, it needed rebranding to bring it in line with the new global visual identity. I came up with the design too.
HSB Segmenter Enforcing consistency throughout the regions.
Special Offers Special offer could be quickly developed using a simple html template, driven by a validated XML schema to ensure consistency. This was a powerful online marketing tool.
Dell Services Working with many different "services" teams such as financing and the team that provide warranties.
