Rubus consultancy (now bought by www.detica.com) (July 2000 to Jan 2001)
Content Management Consultant
- Was one of the first consultants employed to work specifically with Content Management technology.
- Helped establish a CM Centre of Excellence to support future dev work.
- developed a simple "low end (or lite)" CM system by which non technical people could publish valid content online. This system was based on XML, XSLT, DTD's and HTML. This proved so popular within Rubus, that all Rubus intranet microsites were based on my work.
- Conducted testing and documentation of CM principles and applications such as Tridion and Interwoven Teamsite.
- Had a role to evaluate Teamsite within this "content managed interactive application architecture" - Unix rig running Oracle, LDAP, Dynamo 5 personalisation server and Interwoven Teamsite.
